At Liibatteries, we stand behind the quality of our products with a limited lifetime warranty, covering manufacturing defects and failures during normal use.

Liibatteries offers a Limited Lifetime warranty on all Paleblue batteries purchased from www. liibatteries.com or otherwise registered through Paleblue’s online registration process, on purchases made on or after September 15, 2022. This warranty covers failures due to manufacturer’s defects. At Liibatteries’s discretion, we may choose to provide customers’ valid claims with refunds, replacements, or store credit. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, neglect, or intentional or unintentional misuse or abuse including exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as rain or submersion in water or excessive heat or thermal cycling. Warranty does not include free shipping, customers may be required to pay shipping of replacement product.

Warranty period for charging cables is 1 year from the date of purchase.
